Cervinia - Winter sports between heaven and earth!
Directly at the Swiss boarder and at the picturesque south side of the Matterhorn lies Cervinia. The altitude of nearly 4000 m and the snow security that comes with it characterise the skiing area. Another treat: the access to the Swiss skiing area Zermatt! The lift pass “Internazionale” offers 335 kilometres of piste and 57 lift systems up to 3883 m! Boarders will love the snow parks like the one at the Matterhorn. In the evenings the discos „Etoile“ and „Bianconiglio“ are the destinations for great apres ski! Cervinia - winter sports between heaven and earth! Cervina, actually Breuil-Cervinia, is located beautifully at the Italian, southern side of the Matterhorn. The resort itself lies at an altitude of 2050 m surrounded by 5 peaks with over 3000 m! Since the 70’s the former farmer village grew to become what it is now: a cosy holiday resort with vast piste and leisure opportunities.
